Experience our family-run apartment house and immerse yourself in nature. Clear streams, fairytale forests, stunning mountains and bright blue sky make stress and hectic magically disappear.
Our house is situated in a sunny, rural location, surrounded by mountains. Our Residence is the ideal starting point for hikes, bike tours and excursions to Sand in Taufers, Mühlwald, Ahrntal and the surrounding area.
The bus stop as well as the ski bus stop are only 2 minutes walking distance from our Residence.
Included in the price is the "Holidaypass" with which you can use the public transport in whole South Tyrol for free.
Near our house there are 2 supermarkets and a local bakery which offer you fresh bread and products from our area. In the nearby restaurants you can enjoy typical South Tyrolean dishes, Italian specialties and pizza. Next door you can buy fresh milk, natural yogurt and homemade jam from the farmer.
Our Residence has a large garden to relax and a playground for children. You are welcome to take fresh herbs from herb garden in summer.
Apartments

Our apartments
Our apartments A1 and A2 consist of a living room and bedroom with a sitting area and a double bed. Through a sliding door you get to the bunk bed room and the bathroom, which is equipped with bath/shower facilities and bidet. In each apartment there is a kitchenette with refrigerator. The 12 closed apartments (each approx. 38 m² in size) are suitable for 2 - 4 persons.
Apartment B (about 50 m²) consists of a kitchen, living room with sofa bed, a spacious bedroom with double bed and single bed, bathroom with shower, bidet and a balcony.
Our apartment C (about 52 m²) consists of a living room with kitchen, 2 double rooms with double bed, 2 balconies, bathroom with shower and bidet.

Cancellation policy:
To confirm your reservation, we only ask you to contact us.
The local tax is 2,90 Euro per person and day (from 14 years).
We generally accept cancellations of reservations only in written form.
Cancellation policy:
- In case of no-show on the day of arrival we charge 100% of the total amount.
- From one day before arrival: 30%.
- In case of cancellation less than 14 days before arrival we charge 30% of the total cost.
- From 14 days before arrival: free of charge
We ask for your understanding that your apartment usually cannot be occupied before 13.00 o'clock. (On request and availability we are happy to check you in earlier).
On the day of departure we ask you gently to check out until 10.00 am.

In summer hiking is the most popular leisure activity. Around the Tauferer Ahrntal and side valleys, idyllic alpine pastures, high alpine huts and breathtaking peaks await you. Mühlen in Taufers is an optimal starting point for walks, hikes and mountain bike tours. Those who love extreme sports can choose between paragliding, rafting, free climbing and others.

The Tauferer Ahrntal impresses with its winter dream world, snow-sure winter fun is guaranteed. The ski areas Klausberg and Speikboden offer top conditions for a varied skiing vacation. 76 km of pure skiing pleasure, 21 ultra-modern lifts, 18 ski huts and 13 ski rentals are what the Tauferer-Ahrntal has to offer.
